Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the Benelux region, including onboarding, offboarding, and data verification. Collaborate with external providers and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant payroll and accurate reporting.
Requires solid hands-on experience with Benelux payroll, specifically Belgium, and proficiency in SDWorx and HRBlox. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and English with strong Excel skills.

Join Stanley Black & Decker as our Benelux Payroll Specialist and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across the Benelux region. As part of the GSS Stanley Black & Decker Payroll Team, you will be at the heart of daily payroll operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers to ensure a seamless employee experience. Reporting directly to the Benelux Payroll Lead, this is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about precision, service, and compliance.
