About the Role
We’re looking for a growth-minded, client-first Wealth Advisor who is passionate about building relationships and delivering meaningful financial guidance.
In this role, you will:
- Build and grow your own client base
- Deliver comprehensive, personalized financial planning and investment advice
- Act as a trusted partner in your clients’ long-term financial journey
You’ll have access to industry-leading tools, technology, and an internal referral network, along with operational and administrative support, so you can focus on what matters most: your clients.
What You’ll Do
- Grow your practice by prospecting through events, seminars, networking, and referrals
- Develop and execute a targeted marketing strategy to attract and engage clients
- Build deep, lasting relationships and provide tailored financial solutions
- Conduct client meetings and deliver comprehensive financial planning advice
- Collaborate on presentations in both group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain regular communication to ensure clients’ strategies evolve with their needs
- Create and sustain a referral-based practice
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and fiduciary responsibility
- Stay current with licensing, regulations, and firm policies
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 65 license
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales experience in financial services
OR equivalent combination of education and experience (including HNW/UHNW client exposure) - Proven ability to build relationships and grow a book of business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial planning tools
