Position overview:

The essential purpose of the function is to support the Strategic Accounts and Strategic Commercial programme across the EMEA region by providing project coordination, reporting, analysis and administrative support. The role works closely with the Senior Director Strategic Accounts as the Global & Regional Commercial Project Lead to monitor programme progress, support forecasting activities, deliver data-driven insights and ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the coordination and execution of Strategic Accounts and Strategic Commercial project  initiatives across the EMEA region
• Tracking project milestones, maintaining project plans and providing regular status updates to key stakeholders.
• Preparing customer reporting and supporting monthly forecasting activities.
• Collecting, analyzing and consolidating data from multiple sources to provide meaningful reporting and actionable business insights.
• Developing and maintaining reporting tools, dashboards and project tracking documentation.
• Preparing presentations, reports and visual materials for leadership meetings and business reviews.
• Collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams to develop and improve automated reporting solutions and analytical tools.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting quality, process efficiency and business visibility.
• Providing administrative and project support to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in business analysis, project coordination, commercial support or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently while collaborating across functions.
• Project management experience would be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
