Requires customer service and sales experience with the ability to work toward targets and handle cash accurately. A vibrant personality and a willingness to learn banking procedures are essential, as banking experience is not required.
What’s the role?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers to BankSA and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day!
This is a part-time, branch-based role and the hours are 9am – 4.15pm across and inclusive of Monday to Friday. This role may require you to cover planned and unplanned leave across other Westpac Group branches in the area, so the ability to travel and flexibility is essential.

No banking experience? No problem. Your vibrant personality, eagerness to learn and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service are key to excel in this role.
