Responsible for the structural design, calculation, and simulation of internal steel components for wind turbines. This includes performing FEA simulations, evaluating weld and bolt connections, and creating certifiable reports according to industry standards.
Requires a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and approximately 5 years of experience in structural engineering of steel components. Proficiency in ANSYS and knowledge of Eurocode 3 and IEC 61400 are mandatory.

Die Rolle verbindet Structural Engineering, FEA-Simulation und die Weiterentwicklung von Methoden und Tools.
DEINE AUFGABEN
• Du führst strukturelle Berechnungen für interne Komponenten von Windenergieanlagen wie Plattformen, Halterungen und Stahlstrukturen durch
• Du bewertest Schrauben- und Schweißverbindungen unter Berücksichtigung geltender Normen und Lastfälle
• Du nutzt analytische Methoden sowie numerische Simulationen (FEA, z. B. Ansys) für die Auslegung und Bewertung von Bauteilen
• Du erstellst prüffähige, zertifizierbare Berichte gemäß relevanten Normen wie Eurocode 3 und IEC 61400
• Du analysierst strukturelles Verhalten, einschließlich Stabilitätsversagen und modaler Eigenschaften von Komponenten
• Du dokumentierst Berechnungsergebnisse strukturiert und präsentierst sie gegenüber internen Stakeholdern
• Du entwickelst und verbesserst Methoden, Tools und Berechnungsansätze im Structural Engineering
DEIN PROFIL
• Abgeschlossenes Studium (M. Sc.) im Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 5 Jahre) im Structural Engineering oder in der strukturellen Auslegung von Stahlkomponenten
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finite-Elemente-Methoden (FEA), zwingend mit ANSYS
• Erfahrung in der Auslegung von Stahlstrukturen sowie Bewertung von Schrauben- und Schweißverbindungen
• Kenntnisse relevanter Normen wie Eurocode 3 und IEC 61400
• Erfahrung mit Stabilitätsanalysen, Modalanalysen sowie idealerweise Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. Python, MATLAB oder APDL)
• Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Tools; Kenntnisse in SpaceClaim, Creo, Mathcad oder Excel sind von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; zusätzliche Deutsch- und/oder Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
