The Assembly Engineer is responsible for ensuring production lines meet target cycle times and leading continuous improvement activities to reduce manufacturing costs. They manage new project launches, maintain technical documentation, and coordinate equipment procurement and acceptance.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and at least 5 years of automotive assembly process experience. Expertise in shock absorber production, tool design, and mistake-proofing is highly preferred.
