Requires advanced knowledge of industrial robotics, PLCs, and various welding and conveyor systems. Must be proficient in electrical substations, communication networks, and maintenance cost management.

Develop the EWO(root cause analysis) and execute countermeasures to eliminate the causes
Manage the union resources. Only point of contact with union people. Follow and execute Shop Floor Management.
Basic Skills:
Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics.
ABB, Fanuc, Nachi, and COMAU robots.
ControlNet, EtherNet, DeviceNet, and PILZ communication networks.
Advanced handling of RSLogix 5000 and GuardLogix PLCs.
Advanced knowledge of resistance, electric arc, projection, and laser welding.
Advanced knowledge of Power and Free, Chain-on-Edge, and Inverted Power and Free conveyor systems.
Advanced knowledge of SCA Schucker and Nordson sealing and adhesive systems.
GD&T knowledge.
Knowledge of induction curing systems.
Knowledge of crimping presses and robotic roller hemming systems.
Knowledge and management of non-new model projects.
Maintenance cost management.
Knowledge of electrical substations. Compressors, cooling towers, and extraction systems.
