The Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance activities to ensure high equipment availability, product quality, and productivity while meeting cost and savings targets. They are responsible for planning maintenance tasks, managing spare parts, and ensuring the safety and development of the maintenance team.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the same position within the automotive industry. Proficiency in maintenance methodologies and the ability to manage technical teams and equipment reliability are essential.

To assure the MP Info creation related to his area. To assure the proper skills of his employees according to new technology at the plant. Certification of new technologies according to EEM checklist.
To perform risk assessment and evaluation for his team daily operations. Green cruize & Heinrich piramid update. Manage preventive medical visits. Consult and schedule medical visits in the system.
