Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new systems for customers. Provides technical support through remote assistance, field service, and value-added service contracts including retrofits and upgrades.
Requires a full-time university degree in mechanical, electrical automation, or computer software, with fresh graduates considered. Proficiency in English (CET 4 or above) and a willingness to travel frequently are essential.
Technical service job for new system installation, commissioning and troubleshooting support for the customer.
1. New system installaion and commissioning
2. Provide technical support support for the customer, including remote support and field service job.
3. Carry out value-added service contract, including PM, Retrofit & Upgrade project etc.
1. Full-time university degree, CET 4 or above, able to communicate with foreign engineers and good in written English writing skills is preferred
2. Mechanical, electrical automation, computer software, etc. (Fresh graduates considered)
3. Able to travel frequently
4. Familiar with Siemens or Fanuc systems is preferred and willing to learn in depth
