The Founding Mechanical Engineer will own the end-to-end design, testing, and deployment of robotic subsystems for heavy construction. This role involves collaborating with the CTO to transform prototypes into reliable, scalable hardware capable of operating in rugged environments.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in designing and testing complex hardware. Proficiency in CAD, GD&T, and hands-on experience with manufacturing or hydraulic systems is highly preferred.
