Job Summary: Al Marwan Group is seeking a proactive HSE Officer to ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. The role involves implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across sites
Conduct daily inspections and identify potential hazards
Ensure compliance with U.A.E regulations and safety standards
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training
Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation
Support risk assessments and method statements
Coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification
3–5 years of HSE experience in construction projects
