The Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to support the end-to-end execution of customer manufacturing programs. They are responsible for tracking key deliverables, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring production, quality, and financial targets are met.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in program or project management within an industrial or contract manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills and foundational financial knowledge are required to manage complex manufacturing processes.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Program Management, the Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of a customer manufacturing program, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking key deliverables, and helping ensure production, quality, cost, and customer expectations are met. This role will support a new customer program involving complex PCBA manufacturing and testing processes, requiring strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and foundational financial acumen.
