The Rig Operator is responsible for controlling rig equipment, supervising crew members, and ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery. Key duties include performing equipment inspections, managing BOP installations, and overseeing daily site safety and maintenance.
Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma and 5 to 7 years of experience on a well servicing rig, including time as a relief operator. A valid driver's license or CDL and the ability to perform heavy manual labor are required.
