The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overseeing property grounds, public areas, and guest rooms while conducting preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. They must respond to maintenance orders in a timely manner and perform daily rounds to identify and resolve operational issues.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a hotel maintenance position and possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and technical disciplines. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds are required.
