 About the role

 

Location	Denmark - Virum
Experience	Graduate level
Department	Facility Management

• Handling daily ad hoc FM operational tasks, including supplier coordination
  
• Managing office facilities, including meeting rooms, storage areas, offices, lockers, and first aid kits
  
• Ordering, restocking, and maintaining office supplies and shared equipment
  
• Providing practical support for workshops, seminars, events, and reception cover as needed
  
• Maintaining shared resources such as the company pool car

 

• Outgoing and approachable, and thrive working together with many different people
  
• Able to independently plan and prioritise your workday to best support colleagues
  
• Willing and motivated to roll up your sleeves and take on a wide variety of tasks, both large and small (including occasional heavy lifting)
  
• Proactive and engaged, naturally seeking out new tasks and responsibilities
  
• Able to maintain an overview and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

 

• Have a Danish drivers license
  
• Experience using the MS Office package
  
• Curious about IT systems and know how to use AI to effectively solve tasks (preferably Co-pilot)
  
• Have a Danish drivers license
  
• Have completed an Upper secondary education (STX, HHX, HTX, HF)
  
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English
