Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies. Your work focuses on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements, ensuring that the software performs optimally and adapts to evolving needs throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve functionality and performance.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
