Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and promptly address any disruptions that may impact business processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of application performance.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to minimize downtime and optimize functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Now Assist.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in monitoring and supporting enterprise-level software applications.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with incident management and service request processes within IT service management frameworks.
- Capability to work independently while also contributing positively to team efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Now Assist.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
