Lead the startup and stabilization of SMT and PTH lines, including the optimization of thermal profiles and process parameters. Monitor performance through SPC reports and coordinate with quality teams to implement engineering changes and NPI activities.
Requires a technical degree or engineering degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field with 2 to 3 years of experience. Must have expertise in reflow and wave oven profiling, SMT/PTH assembly, and availability for rotating shifts.
