The Production Supervisor is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, conducting time and motion studies, and managing continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and waste. They will also develop technical documentation and coordinate with quality and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Candidates must have a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field with 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing supervision and continuous improvement. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data analysis tools like Excel and Minitab is required.
