The Supplier Quality Engineering Sourcing Specialist manages quality and technical aspects of supplier-delivered products to ensure continuous improvement. They lead root cause analysis for defects, conduct supplier audits, and implement quality development plans to meet business requirements.
Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering and possess technical knowledge of industrial processes like welding, NDT, and CNC machining. Proficiency in English and Italian, along with a valid EU work permit, is required for this role.

As Supplier Quality Engineering - Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible to manage any quality/technical aspect related to supplier’s delivered products. All activities have tight relationship with other functions, i.e. Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistic and Procurement. Main goal is to continuously improve the supplier’s Quality level, reducing both escaping defects and associated cost of quality, while growing and developing the supply base as per business needs.
