Lead the design and implementation of Rio Tinto's in-house energy market settlements capability, including systems, processes, and controls. Manage electricity and environmental product settlements for PPAs, OTC, and exchange-traded derivatives with AEMO.
Requires significant experience in energy settlements or trading operations within a generator, retailer, or large energy user. A relevant tertiary qualification and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and ETRM platforms are required.

As Rio Tinto continues to build its in-house energy market capability, we are looking for an experienced Settlements Analyst to help establish and operate the systems, processes and controls that support our growing electricity and environmental product portfolio.
Working at the intersection of Energy Trading, Risk, Finance and Technology, you'll play a key role in building a new capability from the ground up, creating scalable and automated settlement processes that will support Rio Tinto's participation in Australian energy markets for years to come.
