As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of technical issues. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation and continuous improvement of support processes and procedures.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster their professional growth.
- Engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance activities to prevent potential system disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective resolution of complex technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration, Commvault Backup Administration.
- Experience with storage infrastructure management and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management platforms.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
