The SME Unified Communications Engineer will design, plan, and test network communications systems while providing engineering support for global video services. They are responsible for monitoring network hardware, implementing upgrades, and advising users on configuration requirements.
Candidates must have at least sixteen years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree. Proficiency in operating Cisco UC system components and VMWare ESXi hypervisor servers is required.

The individual selected for this position will support the customer's organization that provides video engineering services on a global scale. The enterprise supports a carrier class WAN, complex and diverse campus. This position will provide systems/ network engineering support to the customer's mission partners. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
A minimum of sixteen (16) years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree.
Experience operating Cisco UC system components including:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM)
Cisco Unified Border Element (UBE)
Cisco ExpressWay or Tandberg Video Communications Server (VCS)
Cisco Meeting Server (MS) or Acano Media Gateways
Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning (PCP)
Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS)
Cisco Jabber software client
Experience operating VMWare ESXi hypervisor servers
