Lead drill crews in conducting underground diamond drilling operations over 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities include equipment checks, rig moves, and ensuring strict compliance with safety documentation and practices.
Candidates must have essential underground drilling experience with LM or MDR rigs and a valid Drivers C License. A Certificate III in Drilling and directional drilling experience are highly desirable.

The company's Global Drilling Services division operates in over 40 countries with a diverse mining customer base spanning a wide range of commodities, including copper, gold, nickel, zinc, uranium, and other metals and minerals.
We are currently seeking experienced Underground Diamond Drillers in Queensland. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated with a strong commitment to Health & Safety.
2/1 or 2/2 rosters with rotating shifts
Conducting drilling operations over a 12-hour shift
Leading drill crews, including training of Driller Assistants
Daily pre-start equipment checks
General maintenance
Setting up drill pads and coordinating rig moves
Completion of safety documentation and compliance with safe work practices
Previous underground Drilling experience essential
Directional Drilling experience preferred
Deep hole experience preferred
Experience working with an LM or MDR rig is essential
Current Drivers C License
National Police Clearance, or ability to have one
First Aid and CPR certificate (desirable)
Certificate III in Drilling desirable, but not essential
Physical ability to lift 30kgs repetitively in a labour-intensive role
Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
Demonstrated personal commitment to safety
