The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously improving software performance and adapting solutions to meet evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based financial systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing customizations and extensions in cloud financial applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
