Fire Alarm Designer – Asset Intelligence
Location - Warrington (Headquarters) Hybrid working model and Site travel
Site Locations:
Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Boston, Lincoln.
We are looking for someone who is happy to travel across these areas with hybrid working.
What you will be doing:
An opportunity has arisen for a Fire Alarm Designer to join the team Asset Intelligence at Galliford Try.
This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most prestigious frameworks, with a focus on driving project success through effective commercial governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Technical Delivery
Develop fire alarm and detection system designs based on client requirements and site surveys
Produce detailed design documentation including:
Detector layouts, PA/VA systems, and zone drawings
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
ONC / HNC / Degree or NVQ equivalent in a relevant discipline
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Committed to delivering excellent customer service
