Responsible for the development and administration of moderately complex construction subcontracts, including managing the bidding and negotiation process. Duties include running progress meetings, processing invoices, and managing change orders and closeouts.
Preferred candidates hold a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. At least three years of relevant industry experience is preferred along with strong analytical and communication skills.

This position is responsible for moderately complex subcontract development and/or administration in support of proposal and/or project requirements within the Subcontracts Group. May be responsible for administering Subcontracts Field Management process.
