General Responsibilities
Coordinate company resources and relevant stakeholders to address quality issues in the production process in a timely and effective manner. Conduct on-site inspections to verify that production and manufacturing processes are executed according to standard operating procedures and that critical control points are properly managed. Apply advanced quality management methods and standards to foster and promote the company's continuous improvement culture.
Main Accountabilities
Responsible for the quality management system from production line to product shipment, ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process and prior to delivery. Ensure the reliability of products delivered to customers, achieve closed-loop management of process quality data, and use inspection results to drive process improvements in reverse, thereby continuously reducing the cost of poor quality and meeting excellence in operational quality objectives. Focus on enabling efficient linkage between process prevention and outcome control, driven by data, to build a self-improving quality closed-loop that ultimately achieves a win-win outcome of quality improvement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
Deeply engaged in production and manufacturing, monitoring, analyzing, and continuously improving key production processes; utilizing quality tools (e.g., SPC) and driving root cause analysis for production line abnormalities.
Responsible for establishing and improving process quality control plans, applying statistical process control and other quality tools to monitor and optimize critical processes, driving relevant operational departments to respond swiftly to quality abnormalities and conduct root cause analysis, and verifying the effectiveness of improvement measures to systematically enhance process capability and prevent defect occurrence.
Requirements
Min. Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation;
Working Experience
At least 3 years of working experience in quality, design, or operations-related positions
Good knowledge and skills in quality, production, product, or project management
Experience in independently coordinating and resolving quality issues
Functional Knowledge/Skill
1) Familiar with power systems and switchgear;
2)Knowledge of electrical industry standards;
3)Good at office software;
4)High and low voltage electrical certification preferred.
Language Skill
Good English skill in speaking, reading and writing
Personality
Good collaboration with other functions and team work
High responsibility and ownership
Strong ability to solve conflicts
