Lead and coordinate all precommissioning and commissioning activities for offshore module fabrication projects to ensure client performance requirements are met. Manage the designated workgroup, define technical strategies, and prepare comprehensive close-out reports and commissioning documentation.
Requires consolidated experience as a Commissioning Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering and proven expertise in offshore projects. Must be legally authorized to work in Italy and possess excellent proficiency in both Italian and English.
Per un importante progetto di fabbricazione di moduli per piattaforme offshore in Toscana, siamo alla ricerca di un Commissioning Manager con consolidata esperienza nel settore Oil & Gas Offshore
Sede di lavoro: Toscana
Progetto: Fabbricazione di moduli per piattaforme offshore
Durata del Contratto: Settembre 2026 - Dicembre 2027, con la possibilità di estensione
Orario di lavoro: 8 ore al giorno, dal lunedì al venerdì, con possibilità di effettuare ore di straordinario oltre l'orario ordinario previsto dal contratto
Principali responsabilità:
Coordinare e gestire tutte le attività di Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-Up e Handover.
Pianificare e supervisionare le attività di commissioning garantendo il rispetto di tempi, qualità e requisiti HSE.
Coordinare team multidisciplinari (Meccanico, Elettrico, Strumentale e Processo).
Interfacciarsi con Ingegneria, Costruzione, QA/QC e Cliente.
Gestire la documentazione di commissioning, i test funzionali, il completamento meccanico e la consegna finale degli impianti.
Cosa si offre (Trasparenza Retributiva – Direttiva UE)
Range retributivo: RAL indicativa compresa tra € 30.000 e € 35.000 lordi annui, definita sulla base dell'esperienza professionale, delle competenze tecniche, delle responsabilità associate al ruolo e dell'inquadramento contrattuale applicabile, secondo criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere.
La retribuzione sarà definita all'interno del range indicato sulla base dei requisiti e delle responsabilità della posizione.
In aggiunta alla retribuzione di inquadramento, potranno essere previsti trattamenti accessori connessi alla trasferta e/o alla mobilità, secondo le condizioni contrattuali, fiscali e organizzative applicabili al progetto.
Per la posizione è previsto un trattamento economico complessivo concordato in funzione delle modalità di impiego e delle condizioni di trasferta, nel rispetto della normativa vigente e delle policy aziendali.
Requisiti:
Cittadinanza UE oppure cittadini extra-UE in possesso di permesso di soggiorno valido che consenta di lavorare in Italia.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua Italiana e della lingua Inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
Esperienza comprovata in progetti offshore.
