The Lead will drive business growth and strategic positioning for Global Gateway, Governance, and EU accession opportunities. They are responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality project delivery and financial sustainability.
Candidates must have at least 15 years of relevant professional experience, including extensive work with the EU and international donors. A Master’s degree in a relevant field and a strong professional network within EU institutions and international financial organizations are required.
The Lead focused on Global Gateway, Governance and EU accession opportunities provides strategic leadership to expand DAI's portfolio in these sectors. The role is responsible for developing and pursuing a pipeline of Global Gateway, Governance and EU accession opportunities, expanding DAI's network of partners and consultants, strengthening DAI's market position, and raising DAI's profile with key clients and stakeholders. The Lead will drive early pre-positioning and business growth efforts, foster strategic relationships, and contribute to the development of innovative and competitive solutions.
Alongside business development responsibilities, the role provides operational leadership across priority opportunities, ensuring high-quality outputs, effective resource management, financial sustainability, and achievement of organisational objectives. The Lead will work closely with bid, technical and implementation teams to support successful project delivery and contribute to DAI's continued growth and performance.
This is a full-time permanent position. This position requires the ability to work in Serbia without sponsorship.
