Provide psychiatric services to adult patients, including direct care and consult and liaison services. Responsibilities also include supervising residents and teaching medical students across various clinic locations.
Candidates must possess an MD degree and be board-certified or eligible. A current Texas Medical License or eligibility for one is required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
This position will provide psychiatric services to adult patients. Responsibilities will include direct patient care, consult and liaison services, resident supervision, and medical student teaching. It can be required to provide outpatient services at the Webster Clinic, Galveston Clinics, and the Community Based Clinics. Consult and Liaison services are provided at hospitals located in Galveston.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
MD degree, Board-certified or eligible, Current Texas License or eligible
