The Sales Trainer will facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching to enhance employee performance and sales success. They are responsible for identifying training needs, managing resources, and maintaining accurate records in alignment with client goals.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in adult learning, human resources, or sales training. Proficiency in training methodologies, sales enablement tools, and Microsoft Suite or Google Workspace is required.

What You’ll be Doing
Looking for an opportunity to be part of a team that delivers excellent sales training? You'll support a leading software company by conducting training sessions, workshops, or classes using various techniques such as presentations, group discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities. Along the way, you’ll adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
You'll report to the Sales Manager. You’ll contribute to the success of the business as you work closely with internal partners and subject matter experts to identify training needs and align initiatives with client goals.
