About the role

Internship duration    : October 2026 - March 2027 (6 months)
Reporting to              : Learning & Development (L&D Manager)

The Learning & Development (L&D) Intern will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives across GBS. Working closely with the L&D Manager, the intern will contribute to leadership development, digital learning, employee engagement, and training operations while gaining valuable corporate experience. 

 

Key responsibilities

Learning Administration & Coordination

• Support the scheduling and coordination of training programs, workshops, and learning events.
• Manage training registrations, attendance tracking, and participant communications.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Assist with training logistics, including venue setup, virtual session management, and stakeholder coordination.

 

Learning Systems & Reporting

• Maintain training records and learner data within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Generate training reports and learning analytics.
• Support data collection for learning KPIs, attendance, completion rates, and feedback scores.
• Assist in creating dashboards and presentations for management reporting.

 

Content & Employee Engagement

• Develop engaging learning communications, posters, and promotional materials.
• Support the creation of digital learning content, guides, and learner resources.
• Assist in the promotion of learning campaigns and employee development initiatives.
• Help coordinate learning events, townhalls, and employee engagement activities.

 

Project Support

• Participate in L&D projects such as leadership development, onboarding, digital learning, and capability-building programs.
• Conduct research on learning trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Provide administrative and project management support to the L&D team as required.

 

Qualifications and skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Knowledge of Canva, Power BI, or the ability to use AI well would be an added advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment.

 

• Exposure to corporate Learning & Development practices.
• Experience in leadership development, digital learning, and employee engagement programs.
• Hands-on experience with learning technologies and data analytics.
