A pozíció célja:
A MOHU országos ügyfélszolgálati koordinációját ellátó csapat támogatása adatelemzési területen.
Feladatok:
· Riportok, prezentációk készítése és heti szintű aktualizálása
· Adatok gyűjtése, rendszerezése, elemzése
· Projekttervek támogatása
· Egyéb adminisztratív feladatok ellátása
Elvárások:
· Nappali tagozatos aktív/passzív hallgató jogviszony (lehetőleg gazdasági, pénzügyi, matematikai, informatikai területen)
· Heti min. 30 óra munkavégzés
· O365 magas szintű ismerete, különösképpen:
o Excel: függvények, pivot tábla, makrók
o PowerPoint: igényes, rendezett, adatalapú prezentációk készítése
· Analitikus gondolkodásmód, precíz és strukturált munkavégzés, monotonitástűrés
· Proaktív hozzáállás, jó problémamegoldó készség
· Csapatban és önállóan való munkavégzés képessége
Előnyt jelent:
· Power BI alapismeretek (dashboard készítés, DAX, adatmodellezés, adatbázis-kapcsolatok)
· Power Apps, Power Automate alapismeretek
· Visio ismerete
· Egyéb adatvizualizációs és statisztikai eszközök ismerete
· Korábbi tapasztalat adatelemzési vagy ügyfélszolgálati területen
