Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina.
Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de:
Desarrollar modelos de aprendizaje automático para detectar y prevenir patrones de fraude complejos en tiempo real.
Implementar soluciones predictivas escalables asegurando su correcta integración con la arquitectura de producción.
Diseñar experimentos controlados para medir el impacto de nuevos modelos en los indicadores clave del negocio.
Optimizar algoritmos existentes para mejorar la precisión y la eficiencia computacional de las soluciones.
Desarrollar agentes con inteligencia artificial para la automatización de operaciones y modelos de mayor complejidad.
¿Qué buscamos en vos?
Haber desarrollado modelos predictivos orientados a la detección de comportamientos anómalos y tendencias de riesgo, teniendo una fuerte solidez técnica.
Tener experiencia en comprensión de casuísticas y métricas de negocio.
Poseer conocimientos en modelos de redes neuronales y modelos fundacionales, es deseable.
Mostrar interés por la innovación continua mediante la exploración.
