The Product Manager defines and delivers the Guest 360 product strategy and roadmap, focusing on journey orchestration and omnichannel personalization. They are responsible for translating customer data into actionable use cases to drive real-time, data-driven customer experiences.
Requires over 7 years of experience in digital or data platform product management with expertise in journey orchestration tools like Adobe Journey Optimizer or Braze. Experience with Customer 360/CDP and the airline or travel industry is highly preferred.

This role owns the product lifecycle, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution to enable real-time, data-driven customer experiences across all touchpoints.
