Over the years, destinations have expanded from major European capitals such as Rome, Paris, and London to more seasonal locations like Comporta, Ibiza, or Menorca in the summer, and the ski resorts of Verbier and Val d’Isère in the winter.
The group also operates venues in Porto, Venice, New York, Biarritz, and the Cotswolds.
Each of our unique destinations blends design, creativity, and exceptional service, with exciting new openings on the horizon.
Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.
In collaboration with the Host/Hostess, you will support the guest experience and ensure a warm and professional welcome. As a Junior Host/Hostess, your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming guests and ensuring a warm and personalized first impression.
Assisting the Host/Hostess with guest arrivals, seating, and guest flow throughout the service.
Supporting the organization of the seating plan according to service flow and guest volume.
Assisting with reservation requests by phone and email.
Providing information to guests and ensuring their requests are handled with care.
Contributing to delivering an excellent guest experience in collaboration with the restaurant team.
A first experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passionate about guest experience and delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
You communicate easily in Italian (knowledge of English is a plus).
