Responsibilities

Monitor critical local MES systems in production lines and provide technical L2 support to local IT teams. Track alerts via ticketing systems, maintain dashboards, and deliver technical documentation for industrialization.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience with at least one year of IT onsite support or operations experience. Must possess expertise in ticket management, server operating systems, and network infrastructure.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

  • Monitor critical local system such as MES systems in Production line
  • Provide technical and functional support/guide to Local IT for MES system issues as Central L2 team
  • Track every alert through our ticket system.
  • Address issues out of scope and which take more time to solve it to the relevant team and track it until the complete resolved
  • Build and keep update dashboards, reports and visual management.
  • Maintain communication with the helpdesk, the technical desks in GIT
  • First level Investigations on unexpected or recurrent events/alerts.
  • Support local IT in case of incident and Deliver documentation in collaboration with the industrialization team
  • Report, communicate or alert following the Working Instructions when there are gaps versus the standards within the Shopfloor sites.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to FORVIA’s Code of Ethics and Code of management.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level: 

  • Bachelor Degree in information Technology or equivalent experience 

Experience:

  • Prior knowledge of troubleshooting and understanding of when to escalate issues.
  • At least 1 year in IT onsite support team or related IT Operation experience

Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in ticket management, familiar with ticket escalation process
  • Expertise in documentation process with Web Share tool
  • Good at communication with fluent in English language
  • Web Development knowledge
  • Database knowledge
  • Expertise or specific knowledge on:
    • Windows Server Operating Systems
    • Network infrastructure
    • AIX or/and Linux systems                                         
    • VMWare
