Ti unirai al gruppo Customer di PwC su sfidanti progetti di Customer Analytics e Data Intelligence in ambito Consumer Markets, Financial Services, Energy&Utilities e Telco&Media, per supportare le organizzazioni nel definire strategicamente come utilizzare i dati, quali soluzioni tecnologiche adottare, come valorizzare e arricchire il patrimonio informativo a disposizione, per affrontare le sfide emergenti con un approccio data-driven.
Sarai coinvolto con crescenti responsabilità nelle seguenti attività:
● Raccolta e analisi dei dati a supporto dell’elaborazione di soluzioni data-driven per i clienti;
● Analisi dati sul comportamento dei Clienti su canale fisico e digitale, al fine di derivare insight di business;
● Analisi per valutare l’efficacia delle campagne di marketing e le performance delle soluzioni digitali (e-commerce, app, sito), per definire azioni di ottimizzazione;
● Definizione di una strategia per costruire un profilo del Cliente a 360° unendo mondo fisico e digitale;
● Implementazione di soluzioni di Marketing Intelligence e Customer Data Platform;
● Reporting su strumenti di Data Visualization;
● Definizione della strategia di progetto con i colleghi e il cliente;
● Raccolta, disegno e formalizzazione dei requisiti progettuali a diretto contatto con il cliente.
● Gestione di stream progettuali e di risorse più junior;
● Formalizzazione di offerte e value proposition.

● Hai maturato un’esperienza di più di 3 anni in ambito Analytics;
● Hai seguito progetti legati al mondo dell’analisi dati cliente/campagne/eCommerce;
● Hai padronanza di SQL e strumenti di Data Visualization;
● Hai padronanza di linguaggi come R o Python;
● Hai padronanza di Excel;
● Hai una mentalità analitica e sai portare avanti in autonomia analisi sui dati;
● Hai ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazione;
● Sei flessibile e hai forte motivazione a operare nel settore della consulenza;
● Sei in grado di trovare soluzioni funzionali, creative ed innovative a progetti complessi;

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al 1° livello CCNL Commercio con una retribuzione indicativa tra 36.000€-50.000€, la cui determinazione finale sarà definita anche in base alla valutazione delle tue competenze ed esperienze pregresse. In aggiunta, è prevista una componente variabile legata alla performance fino a un massimo del 10% della retribuzione.
