Job Summary
This role contributes to the success of Starbucks Asia Pacific by playing a critical role in shaping and executing regional social media strategies that strengthen brand relevance, deepen customer engagement, and drive measurable impact across our licensed markets.
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and culturally connected marketer with strong social media instincts who can translate trends, insights, and customer behaviors into compelling content and campaigns. You will lead social media planning and execution while partnering cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with regional and global brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage regional social media strategy and support market licensee execution across priority social channels, ensuring alignment with broader brand and business goals.
• Review and approve social media content to ensure compliance with regional and global brand standards, campaigns, and governance guidelines.
• Create and deploy regional social media campaigns for market licensee accounts, driving consistency, engagement, and relevance across markets.
• Partner across marketing, creative, digital, communications, and external agencies to bring social campaigns to market with excellence and agility.
• Monitor social media trends, platform developments, customer conversations, and competitive activity to continuously evolve content strategies and drive innovation.
• Manage campaign calendars, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze campaign and channel performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to develop creative assets and execute social-first storytelling.
Required Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or integrated marketing, preferably within retail, consumer brands, food & beverage, or lifestyle industries.
• Demonstrated experience managing brand social media channels and executing multi-market social campaigns.
• Experience in reviewing content for brand compliance, tone of voice, and creative consistency
• Experience working with external agencies, creators, or production partners to deliver compelling social content.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and community engagement best practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Sprinklr is a plus.
