We are seeking a
creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer, open to both emerging and
experienced professionals, to join our creative team. The ideal candidate
possesses a strong visual sense, a passion for design and a deep understanding
of brand aesthetics, layout composition and visual storytelling.
In this role, you
will be responsible for developing visually compelling design assets that
communicate the brand’s identity across digital and print platforms. The
position offers an opportunity to work on diverse creative projects including
marketing campaigns, product launches, retail visuals and digital content while
maintaining consistency with Kryolan’s global brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Design
& Creative Development:
§ Design
high-quality visual assets for digital platforms including social media,
websites, online campaigns and digital advertisements.
§ Develop
print-ready artwork for catalogs, brochures, packaging inserts, retail
displays, posters and promotional materials.
§ Translate
marketing concepts and creative briefs into visually engaging design solutions.
§ Ensure
all designs align with brand identity, typography standards, color palettes and
layout principles.
§ Create
visually balanced compositions that enhance product presentation and brand
storytelling.
2. Brand
Consistency & Visual Identity:
§ Maintain
consistency in design language across campaigns, product ranges and
communication platforms.
§ Adhere
to brand guidelines while ensuring designs remain innovative and visually
engaging.
§ Support
the development and refinement of brand visual assets including templates,
layouts and design systems.
§ Ensure
typography, color usage, imagery and graphic elements reflect the brand’s
premium identity.
3. Software
Proficiency:
§ Intermediate
to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory.
§ Strong working knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
§ Basic
working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom or After Effects is an advantage.
§ Must
be proficient and experienced in working exclusively in a Mac OS environment.
4. Communication:
§ Collaborate
closely with photographers, retouchers, motion designers and marketing teams to
deliver cohesive visual communication.
§ Interpret
creative briefs and campaign objectives accurately.
§ Participate
in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and
marketing initiatives.
Incorporate structured feedback
while maintaining design quality and brand alignment.
5. Project
Management:
§ Manage
multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting
deadlines.
§ Organize
design files, assets and project documentation systematically.
§ Prioritize
workload efficiently to support ongoing marketing campaigns and product
launches.
§ Ensure
timely delivery of final artwork in required formats for print and digital
platforms.
Requirements
Qualifications
§ Portfolio
demonstrating strong graphic design work across digital and print mediums.
§ Solid
understanding of layout design, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy.
§ Exceptional
attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
§ Ability
to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
§ Proficiency
in industry-standard design software such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
§ Strong
organizational and time-management skills.
§ Excellent
communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Education & Experience
§ Bachelor’s
degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or a
related field.
§ Minimum
of 2 years of professional experience in product retouching, preferably within
cosmetics, beauty or consumer goods industries.
Additional Advantage
§ Experience
working with cosmetic products, packaging and studio photography workflows.
§ Familiarity
with e-commerce and catalog production requirements.
