職務目的（Job Purpose）

入社後はまず、既存メンバーと協働しながら実際の既存ツールの運用・改修やETLなど、ハンズオンでの実務を通じて当社のビジネスドメインとデータ環境を深く理解していただきます。

業務基盤の全体像を把握した後は、ご自身の強みや志向に合わせて、より高度なデータ分析、最新テクノロジー（生成AI等）を活用した業務効率化の推進、あるいは業務における課題解決に向けたプロジェクト企画など、多角的なキャリアパスを描いていただくことを期待しています。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

入社後まずは、事業の基盤を支える以下の実務（1〜3）を中心にお任せします。業務とデータ仕様の理解が進んだ後、徐々にモダン環境への移行や最新テクノロジーの導入（4〜5）へと業務の幅を広げていただきます。

1.   既存業務ツールの保守・運用および改修
主に法人向け保険部門（従業員の労災の保険、企業財産の保険、企業賠償責任の保険など）で利用されているツール（主にMicrosoft Excel VBA＆Pythonベース）の日常的な運用サポート、エラー対応、およびユーザー部門からの要望に応じた機能改修を行います。

2.   自動化プロセスの運用保守および新規効率化プロセスの構築
稼働中の自動化ツールが最大限のパフォーマンスを発揮できるよう、保守・トラブルシューティングを通じた安定運用を行います。あわせて、既存の維持に留まることなく、新たな生産性向上を目的とした新規プロセス開発にも携わっていただきます。

3.   データ抽出・集計・分析のAd-hoc（スポット）対応
営業部門や商品部門からの依頼に基づき、社内データソース（企業データ、保険証券データ、マーケットデータなど）から必要なデータを抽出し、ビジネスの意思決定に必要なデータソリューションの提供を行います。

4.   最新テクノロジー（生成AI等）の導入プロジェクトへの参画
生成AI等のプロジェクトにメンバーとして加わり、実際の業務プロセスへの組み込みや、業務効率化・付加価値創出の検証・実装を行います。

5.   ビジネス部門との連携・ビジネス課題のヒアリング
既存メンバーと共に各ビジネス部門（中小企業セグメント保険部門/大企業・中堅企業セグメント保険部門の各商品部署など）とのミーティングに同席し、業務のペインポイント（お困りごと）をヒアリングします。ゆくゆくはデータやテクノロジーを用いた解決策（ソリューション）の提案から導入までをサポートしていただきます。

必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）

最終学歴

• 学士号または同等の学位

必要スキル・経験

• プログラミングの基礎的な知識・経験（言語不問。大学の授業や自己学習レベルでも可。ソースコードを読み書きすることに抵抗がないこと）
• データやITツールに対する強い関心と学習意欲（既存のExcel VBA等のレガシー技術のキャッチアップから、最新の生成AIまで幅広く前向きに取り組めること）
• コミュニケーション能力と協調性（多様な専門性を持つチームメンバーやビジネス部門と円滑にコミュニケーションをとり、協働できるチームプレイヤーであること）
• 論理的思考力（物事の根本原因を探り、筋道を立てて解決策を考えることができる能力）
• 日本語での円滑なビジネスコミュニケーションおよび文書作成能力

歓迎スキル・経験

• 理学、テクノロジー、工学、数学、計量経済など、職務に関連する分野での学位
• Microsoft Excelを用いたデータ集計、およびVBAを用いたツール作成や改修の経験（または強い関心）
• Python、R、SQLなどを用いたデータ処理、あるいはソフトウェアの実装経験
• データベース（Oracle、Access等）に関する基礎知識
• 生成AIに関する知識や、それを活用した経験（プロンプトエンジニアリング等）
• Microsoft 365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint等) を活用した業務改善への関心

業務経験

• 募集要項に関連した実務経験がある方を歓迎します。
  歓迎する経験の例： ITエンジニア、データアナリスト、社内SE/ヘルプデスク、あるいは事業部門での業務効率化・ツール作成（Excelマクロ等）の経験など。
