L'obiettivo di questo ruolo é di gestire la Rete Autorizzata e di incrementarne le performance di acquisto dei ricambi in maniera strutturata e proattiva. La figura sará il punto di riferimento per le officine autorizzate supportandone la crescita e l’adeguamento agli standard qualitativi e quantitativi definiti da Casa Madre.
Nello specifico il progetto si prefigge di:
- Incrementare la loyalty della Rete Autorizzata nell’acquisto dei ricambi originali
- Implementare programmi specifici per il miglioramento dei parametri qualitativi del servizio assistenza offerto ai clienti
- Fornire supporto per lo sviluppo e l’implementazione di piani di Marketing specifici per la Rete Autorizzata al fine di incrementare il fatturato dei ricambi e degli accessori nonché fornire l’assistenza necessaria nella fase di relativa attuazione
- Effettuare un’indagine territoriale per individuare nuovi clienti nell’ottica del potenziamento e dell’incremento delle vendite di prodotti
- Essere il punto di riferimento per gli autorizzati e supportarli con una presenza costante sul territorio
- Implementare sul territorio le politiche di Marketing di Casa Madre
- Implementare il processo di Scouting per la crescita delle rete autorizzata
