Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective across various teams and departments.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotives.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve complex business processes.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
- Ability to conduct thorough user and task analysis to capture detailed business needs.
- Skilled in collaborating across multiple teams to drive consensus and decision-making.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
