The Product Owner is responsible for the system supporting front-end sales and pricing in the Markets dealing room. Key duties include redefining processes, defining business requirements, prioritizing the squad's backlog, and accepting delivered tasks.
Candidates need 4-5 years of experience in banking process development or as a Product Owner, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of capital market products, project management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
