As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

• As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will design, implement, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating evolving and ambiguous situations.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor's Degree in BE, B Tech, MCA, M.Sc, M.E, M.Tech preferred
• Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant preferred
• Designing Agentforce workflows and automation skills
• API integration and workflow automation capabilities
• Familiarity with integration platforms and data management practices
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and Apex development
• Implementation experience with Salesforce Field Service
• Experience in Field Service execution and FSL Mobile customization
• Experience in scheduling optimization and dispatch processes
