Lead the planning and execution of early construction activities, including site preparation, civil works, and infrastructure for pharmaceutical capital projects. Manage contractors, budgets, and schedules while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and over 15 years of capital project experience, with at least 5 years in site development. PMP and OSHA 30 certifications are preferred, along with experience in regulated industries like biotechnology.
