Job Description:

The Project Manager - Fit Out is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from pre-development and site preparation to execution and completion. Key responsibilities include managing design processes, ensuring construction quality and adherence to project documentation, and maintaining safety standards. The job requires regular site inspections, budget support, tender reviews, and supplier negotiations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating utility suppliers, reporting on project progress, and providing technical expertise to the land scout team. Strong relationship-building skills are essential for collaborating with authorities, clients, and business partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while ensuring projects stay within timeframes and budgets.

• Pre-development – site preparation, support in due diligence process and permitting.
• Oversees design preparation; communicates with in-house design team as well as external designers.
• Controls works on site, quality and consistency; makes sure the project is being realized in line with the agreed project documentation and includes all the specific requirements of the Tenant.
• Leading regular control days on site – with suppliers and other parties involved.
• Make sure the safety rules are kept on site.
• Supports on budget preparation and is involved in tendering process – in cooperation with Procurement.
• Reviews tenders, participates in negotiations with suppliers.
• Make sure the projects are being realized within the agreed time frames and budgets.
• Issuing orders for works and supplies.
• Communication with suppliers of utilities.
• Reporting and outlook preparations.
• Supporting the land scout team with technical expertise.
• Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment.
• Establishes long-term and good relationships with authorities, clients, suppliers, and other business partners.
