Lead and supervise the sewing team to ensure bridal gown adjustments meet quality standards and deadlines. Coordinate the daily fitting schedule and provide technical support for complex alterations while ensuring a high-end customer experience.
Requires solid experience in bespoke sewing, including proficiency in both hand and machine techniques, with a preference for bridal or occasionwear experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational abilities.

Atualmente, estamos a recrutar uma Costureira Chefe de Noivas (Contrato Temporário) para a nossa loja no Porto, que será responsável por proporcionar uma experiência de compra única, alinhada com os padrões da Pronovias, assegurando o cumprimento dos objetivos de vendas.
Planear e coordenar a agenda diária e semanal de provas e ajustes, garantindo que todos os vestidos estejam prontos atempadamente para cada marcação.
Liderar e supervisionar a equipa de costura, assegurando que todos os ajustes cumprem os padrões de qualidade e os prazos da Pronovias.
Realizar provas seguindo os protocolos da Pronovias, aconselhando as clientes sobre os ajustes necessários e recomendando acessórios para completar o total look.
Supervisionar ajustes complexos e prestar apoio técnico à equipa sempre que necessário.
Assegurar o registo correto de todos os ajustes realizados no sistema.
Manter a imagem do atelier e o espaço de trabalho de acordo com os padrões visuais e de marca da Pronovias.
Formar, motivar e desenvolver a equipa de ajustes, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e de alto desempenho.
Procuramos uma pessoa com sólida experiência em costura por medida, com fortes competências em costura manual e à máquina. A experiência em noivas ou occasionwear será altamente valorizada.
És uma líder positiva e proativa, apaixonada por proporcionar uma excelente experiência ao cliente. Tens uma forte orientação para resultados, capacidade para desenvolver equipas e excelentes competências de resolução de problemas.
Fortes competências de comunicação e organização são essenciais, e o conhecimento de vários idiomas será valorizado de forma muito positiva.
