Matt Sleeps zoekt een meewerkstagiair die niet wacht op inspiratie, maar ideeën omzet in content en creatives die opvallen en converteren.
Matt Sleeps is een in Amsterdam gevestigde scale-up die de ouderwetse matrassenindustrie wakker schudt. Ons team bestaat uit 17 enthousiaste en ondernemende dromenjagers die elke dag met plezier werken aan een betere nachtrust voor onze klanten.
We werken vanuit ons kantoor boven De Hallen in hartje Amsterdam. Klein team, grote impact. Ons matras is al twaalf keer verkozen tot het best geteste matras van Nederland, bij Matt worden dromen werkelijkheid.
Inmiddels bieden we een breed assortiment aan, van toppers en bedden tot beddengoed en accessoires. Werken bij Matt is dus niet voor stilzitters… wij houden van aanpakken, slim verbeteren en grote impact maken.
Je werkt mee vanuit ons kantoor boven De Hallen in Amsterdam en draait volledig mee in het Creative & Brand team. Je helpt mee aan alles wat met content, branding en social media te maken heeft:
Het bedenken en creëren van content voor o.a. Instagram, TikTok en Pinterest
Het filmen, editten en publiceren van short-form video’s
Het beheren en laten groeien van de social media accounts (van copy tot community management)
Opzetten en onderhouden van samenwerkingen met influencers & UGC creators
Het signaleren van trends en dit doorvertalen naar content die past bij Matt Sleeps
Ondersteunen bij campagnes, shoots en creatieve producties
Het meedenken en ondersteunen bij dagelijkse creatieve output

Je krijgt veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen en ideeën aan te dragen. We houden van mensen die dingen maken, testen en gewoon proberen.
Je volgt een HBO-opleiding in de richting Media, Marketing, Communicatie, Branding of Creative Business
Je bent creatief en hebt gevoel voor social media, beeld en online cultuur.
Je bent veel bezig met TikTok, Instagram en social trends.
Je vindt filmen, monteren en content maken leuk.
Je bent proactief en wacht niet tot iemand je vertelt wat je moet doen.
Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert ook goed in een team.
Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels.
Je bent beschikbaar voor een stage van 4 à 5 dagen per week voor minimaal 5 maanden.

Je begrijpt ons merk tot in de haarvaten en vertaalt dit naar 360° campagneconcepten tot gevatte print-inhakers. Je bent een 'maker' met smaak die snapt dat een ad niet alleen moet stralen, maar ook moet converteren.
